- Roles & Responsibilities Highly Skilled AWS Operation support person with hands on experience who can contribute on tickets resolutions, AWS barebone account provisioning and helping product engineering team in their day-to-day queries. Since it’s Tier 1 support, it’s expected to be in same time zone as of product engineering teams.
- Setup AWS Accounts and configurations as per standards and guidelines.
- Assist product engineering teams on their queries around AWS account management.
- Continuous improve knowledge base and maintain runbooks.
- Technical Skills Good Hands-on experience of AWS account management Experience of Ticket handling and end user support. Experience of Service Now as support individual.
- Cloud experience – Must have hands of experience of AWS infrastructure, PaaS & Serve.
